Leak Detection Engineer / Plumber

Job Description

A DASA Engineer is responsible for carrying out leak detection investigations. You will be responsible for repairing and installing pipe work relating to the distribution in residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Requirements for the role

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Be able to work away from home
  • ICT skills are required for reporting procedure and protocol
  • A proven background in plumbing and construction, minimum NVQ 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
  • Experience in the use of established scientific method such as –
    • Acoustic leak detection
    • Thermal Imaging
    • Tracer Gas Technology
    • Endoscopy
    • Radio Tracing and Mapping
  • Be able to work to protocol and to take instruction from team leaders
  • Self motivation and desire to learn and develop with a growing business
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highest standards in personal professionalism

Experience would be an advantage for the right applicant investment in training would be provided.

Leak Detection Team (office based)

Job Description

We are looking to recruit an individual who will support our Technical Works and Review Managers, in completing technical and administrative duties relating to clients, customers and our supply chain.

The individual we looking for needs to be self-motivated, and someone who has excellent communication skills, adaptability, flexibility and willingness to develop as an individual and as part of a team.

Practical experience within the water services and/or construction sectors would be preferable.

You will be also be required at times to undertake a customer-facing role on site within our leak detection teams.

Claims Handler

Job Description

We have an opportunity in our claims team to recruit an individual who will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of claims.

This role will involve working as part of a close knit team and working to a high standard in accordance with current processes.

We are looking for an individual who is self motivated, who has excellent communication skills.
